We have completed the push/pull brake/accelerator hand control design for the second generation Mercedes GLC-Class (X254).
We completed this design on a hybrid, AMG variant with electric adjustable steering column.
We know for definite that the fully-electric engine GLC (X540) released earlier this year is different to this model as we had one in the workshop at the same time but for a left foot accelerator design.
We will therefore have to at least complete another design for each of those vehicles on the opposite products but we are unsure at this stage if there will be other variations across specification in this range.
At the time of writing this article we have designs for the following:
Hand Control
Mercedes GLC-Class MK I (X253) ICE Electric Adjustable Steering Column
Mercedes GLC-Class MK I (X253) ICE Manual Adjustable Steering Column
Mercedes GLC-Class MK II (X254) Hybrid Electric Adjustable Steering Column
Left Foot Accelerator
