Lexus NX fitted with Hand Controls

The first generation of Lexus NX was available in the UK from 2014-2021 with the second generation launching shortly after in 2022.

We carried out a left foot accelerator design for the MK II back in 2023 but we have only recently been asked for a hand control in this generation, four years after its launch.

We had to complete two separate hand control designs in the MK I NX, one for the specs that had a manually adjustable steering column and one for the specs that had an electrically adjustable steering column.

The second generation NX that we have recently completed hand controls for had an electrically adjustable steering column and so this is now available for install by ourselves or one of our trained installer network. If you have a MK II with a manually adjustable steering column this will possibly need a different design completing but until we saw a vehicle, we wouldn’t be able to confirm.
