As part of the way we operate, we have an employee Focus Group which consists of a member of each
department who come together monthly to discuss ideas, improvements and put forward suggestions.
Last month they requested the installation of a defibrillator as a precautionary measure and for
additional peace of mind.
We have therefore purchased and installed a defibrillator on-site in partnership with London
Hearts who contributed some funding.
We hope that it never needs to be used but it is good to know that it is there.
