The longevity of the hand control

A customer recently called in to say hello and they were in their car which we adapted to hand controls in 2007 - 19 years ago!

We do sometimes get visits from customers with cars we’ve adapted 10+ years ago and it’s always great to hear their stories of driving and the confidence they still have in the product. This 19 year old hand control may be one of the oldest we’ve seen as it’s not often we come across someone who has kept a car so long.

Whilst they were here we had a look over their controls and all was still working well.

Although not always taken up, we also offer a free annual service for hand controls we've installed if you ever want us to check over your adaptations before they are 19 years old!
